Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services.
Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address.
If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to the seller at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply. This includes the outgoing cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
You will receive the refund directly to your payment card, in no more than 14 days after the day the product is received by the seller.
You must inform THE SELLER before this process can begin.
Social Media Competition Terms
1. Terms and conditions - Let's Buy British social media competition. To participate in this competition, brands must make their products in the UK, follow our social channel on which they have entered the competition, like the competition post and leave a comment explaining why they should be chosen to win.

This competition will run until 23:59 on Sunday 22nd November 2020. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page will not be accepted.

2. There will be 5 winners who will be selected at random, after the competition deadline of 11.59 pm on 22nd November 2020, who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. Entries made after this point will not be counted.

3. The contest is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

4. The prize consists of 1 year of Let's Buy British Brands Membership.
5. If you are the lucky winner, you will need to provide your email address, contact phone number and home address as instructed at the time of being announced as our winner. Further details will then be provided by Let's Buy British as to how your brand will proceed.
