British Made Wedding Accessories: Lilly Dilly's

We want everything to be perfect on our wedding day, finding those special accessories and finishing touches that match your theme can sometimes be difficult. After spending months planning every little detail from the flowers right down to your makeup, the least we could do is help you find those glamorous pieces you’ve had your heart set on.

Wedding Couple

We introduce you to Lilly Dilly's, a multi award winning bespoke accessories company based in Bewdley, Worcestershire. The company formed after the founder, Louise, struggled to find the pieces she wanted for her wedding. Always having a passion for design and crafting she handcrafted nearly everything herself, and realised there was a lack of service in this area, and so Lilly Dilly's was created.

Here's our pick of favourite pieces to keep you, your groom and wedding party on point this year!

Sumptuous Succulents

Succulents are very on trend and have been for the last few years, so there's no wonder why we want to start involving them in our weddings. If you're going with a more botanical themed wedding the diverse colours in succulents help to add colour as and where it's needed.

The buttonhole and hair accessories will truly add those finishing details to yours and your grooms look, tying in your theme beautifully. If you're looking to differentiate yourselves from your bridesmaids and groomsmen you can always ask for something bespoke. Different colourings or a more extravagant succulent hairpiece would really make you stand out.

Vintage Charm

The classic vintage style pieces always add an elegant touch. Across the years we have drawn inspirations from unique eras for music, food, decor and especially fashion. The 1920s was full of glamour and maybe that's why we re-create it's beauty particularly for weddings.

The delicate headpieces effortlessly compliment bridal wear, even if you aren't going for a vintage theme. There are also so many styles, so you can have them as simple or extravagant as you like. If you are looking for something a little extra a bespoke back drape piece is always a beautiful touch. Plus a fishnet veil headpiece and gloves are elegant accessories which would work charmingly on your bridesmaids.

Vintage Inspired Wedding Look

For Men we've gone full blown cravat, pocket squares and bow ties, plus the vintage inspired buttonhole of course. Bowties and pocket squares have been very on trend the past few years and they aren't going anywhere. Whether you're a cravat or bowtie person, each piece adds that vintage class to your suit.

Floral Beauty

Obviously we can't leave out florals! Beautiful flower crowns are perfect for weddings, not just for the flower girl but for the bride and her bridesmaids too! Lot's of women are opting out of the veil and going for a flower crown instead.

Roses are very typical for weddings so there's no worry there that they won't go. However if you're looking to be right on trend a wild flower crown would be show stealing. No matter what your desired look is, they truly do work for so many styles. The crowns are also made to order so they can be tailored to suit you and your sizing.

Floral Wedding Look

Buttonholes are traditionally flowers, but these unique pieces have a bit of extra pizzazz. The added feathers amongst the florals create a beautiful dimension that can easily tie in with any theme. If you are looking to stay traditional but want to add a little character these would certainly work well. Add floral cufflinks and pin ties to really tie your theme together.
